Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

All original packaging and seals must be intact (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products)

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain beauty and personal care items (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Damaged or defective items are exempt from this policy – please contact us immediately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
