Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • All original packaging and seals must be intact (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain beauty and personal care items (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Personalized or custom-made beauty products

Damaged or defective items are exempt from this policy – please contact us immediately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at okov8851@outlook.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
